Who Are Jesus' People?

In this message, we explore the unexpected nature of Christ’s followers. From drawing diverse crowds from pagan territories to selecting a group of deeply flawed and conflicting men as His twelve disciples—including a tax collector, a zealot, and a doubter—Jesus consistently breaks our assumptions. Even when His biological family misunderstands Him and religious leaders falsely accuse Him, Jesus offers a compassionate redefinition of belonging: “Whoever does the will of God, he is my brother and sister and mother.”
